Buyers want to know if their couch will fit in with the floor plans. They want to know the sizes of every room, as close as possible. Wouldn’t you? Our trained expert draftsperson will go to the property and measure every wall, nook and cranny. We even include measurements of the perimeter.

OnSite Measured Floor Plans and Site Plans
A floor plan is useful, but it can look quite basic. Style it up with colors and textures, and maybe a Tesla or two in the garage. Add a colorful Site Plan with shrubbery and pathways so the buyers can see what they’re buying. We can personalize it to make it look just the way you want it.
